The Molo Mansion, built in the 1920s, was once
home to Dona Petra Lacson and her husband
Estanislao Yusay. After the family moved out, it
became the home of former Iloilo governor
Molo Mansion Timoteo Consing Sr. and his wife Rosario Yusay.
The property was passed down to his son, Timoteo
"Nene" Consing Jr., who later owned the sugar
mill company Passi Sugar Central. The house also
accommodated two Philippine Presidents. SM
bought the property from the Consing family and
restored it to its elegant condition. The restoration
included rehabilitating walls, replacing broken
architectural details, and repainting the structure.
The mansion has been turned into a heritage
museum with a souvenir shop and food stalls. The
mansion was reopened in September 2015 to
welcome delegates from the Asia-Pacific
Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Iloilo.

The Lopez Heritage House, also known as
Mansion de Lopez or Lopez Mansion (or
otherwise known as the Nelly's Garden) is a
heritage house in Jaro, Iloilo City. It was built in
1928 by Ilonggo statesman Don Vicente Lopez
Mansion de and his wife, Doña Elena Hofileña, one of the
Lopez earlier members of the prominent López family of
Iloilo. The mansion was named after the couple's
eldest daughter, Nelly Lopez y Hofileña. Due to its
grandiose architecture highlighting the province's
aristocratic past, it is regarded as the "Queen of
Heritage Houses in Iloilo". The house and its 4
hectares (9.9 acres) property are open for public
tours and event.
Museo Iloilo is a provincial museum located near
the Iloilo Provincial Capitol in Iloilo City,
Philippines. It is the first government-sponsored
museum in the Philippines outside of Metro
Manila. The museum houses a collection of Iloilo's
Museo IloIlo cultural heritage.
The Lizares Mansion is one of Iloilo City's most
elegant heritage mansions, with a combination of
American and Spanish architectural designs. It was
founded in 1937 by Don Emiliano Lizares, a Jaro-
Lizares Mansion born sugar baron, and stands as a testament to
Iloilo's thriving sugar industry at the time. The
Lizares estate, including the mansion, was sold to
the Dominicans in 1962 and became the residence
of Angelicum School Iloilo in 1978. The mansion
is still used as the school chapel.

Camiña Balay Nga Bato is a beautiful ancestral
house that has become one of the most famous
tourist attractions in Iloilo City. Its name means
Camiña Balay "house by the river," and it was built between 1860
nga Bato in iloilo to 1865. It was once the humble home of Fernando
Avancena and his wife, Eulalia Abaja. The
structure of the house was patterned after the
bahay kubo. Improvements and renovations have
been made through the years, but the house itself
has stood the test of time.
Plaza Libertad, formerly known as Plaza Alfonso
XII, is a historic plaza or town square in Iloilo
City, Philippines. It is considered the site where
the flag of the first Philippine Republic was raised
Plaza Libertad in triumph after Spain surrendered Iloilo, the last
Spanish capital in the Philippines, to the
revolutionary forces led by Gen. Martin Delgado
on December 25, 1898.
Casa Mariquit, sometimes known as Javellana-
Lopez Heritage House, is a heritage house in Iloilo
City, Philippines. The house is located on Santa
Isabel Street in the district of Jaro. It is considered
the oldest heritage house in Iloilo, built in 1803.
Casa Mariquit Casa Mariquit was built in 1803 as both a bank
and a residence by a banker, Ramon Javellana. It
eventually became a home for his granddaughter,
Maria Salvacion Javellana, whose nickname is
Mariquit, which means "beautiful" in Filipino, and
his husband, Fernando Lopez, Sr., who served as
the Vice President of the Philippines from 1949 to
1953 under President Elpidio Quirino and from
1965 to 1972 under President Ferdinand Marcos.

Calle Real is a historic streetlocated in the old downtown
district Iloilo City Proper of Iloilo City,Iloilo,
