1.0 INTRODUCTION
The infrastructural support strategy for the FrazEnergy 5 MMSCFD gas
processing plant, located at sadege, Kwale, Delta State, should prioritize:
 Reliable Operations: Ensuring uninterrupted plant operations through
robust maintenance, spare parts management, and emergency
response planning.
 Logistics Optimization: Streamlining logistics and supply chain
management to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and minimize
downtime.
 Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining adherence to relevant
regulations, industry standards, and environmental protocols to avoid
penalties and reputational risks.
 Seamless Integration: Facilitating harmonious integration with existing
Midwestern Oil and Gas (MWOG) facilities in the area, leveraging
synergies and promoting collaborative operations.
By focusing on these key areas, the infrastructural support strategy will
ensure the FrazEnergy gas processing plant operates efficiently, effectively,
and sustainably, while aligning with MWOG's existing operations in the
region.

2.0 INFASTRUCTURE FOR GAS SUPPLY

FrazEnergy will design, establish, and maintain a dedicated pipeline from
MWOG's field to the FrazEnergy gas processing plant, ensuring consistent
gas supply as per the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSPA). Key
features of the pipeline infrastructure include:
 Advanced SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems
for real-time monitoring of gas flow, pressure, and quality.
 Seamless data sharing between MWOG's production facility and the
FrazEnergy processing plant.
 Redundancy in the pipeline network with bypasses and backup routes
to guarantee uninterrupted gas supply.
 Regular maintenance schedule to prevent unexpected downtimes and
ensure optimal pipeline performance.
By implementing these measures, FrazEnergy ensures a reliable, efficient,
and integrated gas supply chain, meeting the requirements of the GSPA and
supporting the successful operation of both MWOG's production facility and
the FrazEnergy gas processing plant.

3.0 PLANT INFASTRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS

FrazEnergy gas processing plant is equipped with state-of-the-art
technologies for liquefied natural gas (LNG) production, LPG blending,
condensate handling, and water re-injection. The LPG stripper and related
equipment will operate at optimal efficiency to meet production targets.

In addition to the process equipment will be adequate storage facilities for

LNG, condensate, LPG, propane, and butane, ensuring they are compliant
with safety and environmental regulations. The loading facilities should
support the efficient dispatch of products via virtual pipelines (trucks).

The facility has in place a reliable power generation system, possibly utilizing
a portion of the processed gas for onsite power generation. Backup power
systems such as generators will ensure continuous operations.

3
4.0 LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
FrazEnergy has various distribution network in place
enumerated below;

Virtual Pipeline Distribution: A well-coordinated logistics network

for virtual pipelines (truck transportation) to distribute products across
Nigeria. This network should be optimized for efficient delivery to
offtaker such as SNG, FMN PLC, DUFUTH & DUFUHs, Wi NIG. LTD, and
FEDICORE NIG. LTD.

Road and Transport Infrastructure: Collaborating with local and

state authorities to ensure that the access roads to and from the plant
are well-maintained and capable of supporting heavy transport
vehicles. Construct or upgrade loading bays and truck waiting areas.

Fleet Management: Implement a robust fleet management system

for the trucks used in virtual pipeline distribution. The system should
focus on route optimization, real-time tracking, and preventive
maintenance of the fleet.

5.0 ENVIRONMENTAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Frazenergy is committed to ensuring full compliance with
environmental and regulatory requirements, with the aim of
 Utilize flare gas, reducing emissions and complying with Nigerian
regulations.
 Implement gas capture and utilization technologies as needed.
 Ensure safety and environmental protection through:
o Industry-standard infrastructure design
o Regular audits and inspections
 Engage local communities through:
o Community relations strategy
o Infrastructure development projects
o Job creation and environmental stewardship programs

6.0 WORKFORCE AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

FrazEnergy will build and maintain a skilled workforce for the gas
processing plant. Provide regular training and development
opportunities to ensure that operational staff are familiar with the
latest technologies and safety protocols.

The project will construct housing, offices, and support facilities for
employees working at the plant. These facilities will include amenities
such as Health facility, recreational areas, and security to ensure a
conducive working environment.

FrazEnergy to establish an emergency response plan that includes the

installation of fire suppression systems, evacuation routes, and a
trained emergency response team. Regular drills should be conducted
to ensure preparedness.

4
By focusing on these key infrastructural elements, FrazEnergy has
establish a resilient, efficient, and sustainable gas processing operation
at sadege that aligns with MWOG’s field development plans and
regulatory expectations.
