SPECIFICATIONS: As per PORAM Specifications:
● Free Fatty Acid (as Palmitic) : 4.5% max
● Moisture & Impurities : 0.50% max
● Dobi : 2.30 min
UNIT PRICE : United States Dollars One Thousand and
Twenty (USD 1020.00) per metric tonnes
QUANTITY: Ten Thousand (10,000) metric tonnes 2% more
or less at seller’s option
PAYMENT TERMS : Ussuance Letter of Credit
BASIS : CNF Kandla, West Coast India
SHIPMENT PERIOD : During September into 7th October 2024

REMARKS : 1) PORAM/FOSFA rules to govern including
arbitration.
2) Buyer to appoint surveyors for their account
3) Buyer to open LC 2 weeks before Vessel
arrival or earlier
4) Seller to submit Shipping
instructions(SI)/Surat Penunjukan Kerja
(SPK)/Q88 & laycan of vessel and export permit
(PE) in advance before LC can be issued.
Acknowledgement
All terms and conditions herein are deemed accepted and acknowledged by both the Seller
and the Buyer as of the date of contract. Seller to return a duly signed copy by email or
courier. In the event where the Seller does not receive the signed copy within 2 business days
from the date of contract, this contract shall be deemed binding and conclusive. Variation to
any terms above shall be communicated in and expressly agreed by both parties in writing.
Variation without written agreement of both parties construed only as proposal for
amendments and shall not form part of this contract.
