With reference to your application for the above recruitment, you are hereby admitted provisionally to the online examination on the date and time at the venue mentioned
above. Please bring this Admit Card along with your recent photograph affixed thereon, currently valid Photo Identity proof in original and a photocopy of the same
Photo Identity proof. THIS IS ESSENTIAL. Please hand over this Admit Card along with photocopy of Photo Identity proof duly stapled together to the Invigilator.
Currently, valid Photo Identity proof may be PAN Card/Passport/ Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card with photograph/Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo
Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead /Photo Identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letter head /Valid recent
Identity Card issued by a recognized College/ University/Aadhaar Card/e-Aadhaar Card with a photograph/ Employee ID/Bar Council Identity card with photograph.
Please Note - Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will NOT be accepted as valid Photo Identity proof for this purpose. Staff Candidates should bring the Identity
Card issued by RBI. Candidates reporting later than the reporting time mentioned above will not be allowed to appear in the online examination. The candidates will not be
allowed to leave the examination hall without the permission of the examination administrator

IMPORTANT: The candidate’s photograph affixed on the Admit Card should match the one uploaded in the online application form, failing which the candidate may not be
allowed to appear in the examination. Registration at the examination venue will be done by photo capture. Photo captured will be matched with the photo uploaded by the
candidate at the time of application (as printed in the Admit Card). The candidates must not change their appearance from the photo uploaded by them. The candidate’s
signature should match with the signature uploaded by the candidate at the time of application. In case of discrepancy, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the
examination.
Candidates coming without stipulated currently valid Photo Identity document in original and photocopy of the same Photo Identity document stapled with the Admit Card, will
not be allowed to take the examination. Photo Identity document should be valid as on the day of the examination. The name on the Photo Identity proof should exactly match
with the name as printed on the Admit Card. In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed to appear in the examination, only if they produce the Gazette
notification or their marriage certificate or affidavit, as the case may be.

The examination will be conducted online. The candidates will be required to enter User ID and Password to log in the online examination portal. Candidates
should ensure that their name and other details which will subsequently appear on the screen are correct. Disclosure of User ID and Password to third party
shall be at the risk and responsibility of the candidates.

Please print and read the attached instructions from the next page carefully.
INSTRUCTIONS

1. The examination will be conducted online. The candidates will be required to enter their User ID and Password to enter the online
examination portal. The candidates are advised to ensure that their name and other details which will subsequently appear on the
screen are correct.

2. Instructions for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), Instructions for Persons with specified disabilities covered under the
definition of Section 2(s) of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016 but not covered under the definition of Section
2(r) of the said Act, i.e. persons having less than 40% disability and having difficulty in writing, Information Handout (for all candidates)
are available on the website of Reserve Bank of India www.rbi.org.in. Please download the Handout and Instructions and study them
carefully.

3. Candidates should put their Left Thumb Impression clearly and sign in the respective space provided on the Admit Card in the
presence of the Invigilator.

4. The candidates must bring a ball point pen (Blue/Black) with them.

5. Any request for change of post / date / session / centre / venue will not be entertained. This Admit Card is valid only for Phase-I
examination.

6. The candidates are called for the online examination without verification of their personal details viz. age, qualification etc. with their
original certificates. Before appearing for the online examination, the candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria
stipulated by the RBI/RBI Services Board in all respects. For the final selection, the eligibility of the candidates for the applied post and
the details given in the application form will be duly verified, once they qualify for Interview.

7. No candidate shall leave the examination hall without prior permission of the Supervisor/Invigilator.

8. The candidates must report at the examination venue 15 minutes before the reporting time as printed on this Admit Card.
Candidates arriving late will not be permitted to appear in the online examination.

9. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) /Persons with specified disabilities covered under the definition of Section 2(s) of the
RPwD Act, 2016 but not covered under the definition of Section 2(r) of the said Act, i.e. persons having less than 40% disability and
having difficulty in writing should contact the Examination Centre Administrator of the examination venue at least 30 minutes before
the reporting time of examination for assistance in seating, if needed

10. The candidates may please note that this Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment with the RBI/RBI Services Board.

11. Please note that a candidate is allowed to appear only once (for the same phase) in the online examination. Multiple appearances (for
the same phase) in online examination will result in cancellation of the candidature. In case more than one Admit Card has been
generated, candidates must appear only once. All other Admit Cards are to be surrendered to the Invigilator/Supervisor/Venue-in-
Charge.

12. The responses (answers) of the candidates will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and
wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been
shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, the candidatures of the candidates may be cancelled and/or the result
withheld.

13. The possibility of occurrence of some problem in the administration of the examination cannot be ruled out completely which may
impact examination delivery and/or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem, which
may include shifting of candidates, delay in examination. Conduct of a re-exam is at the absolute discretion of the examination
conducting body. Candidates will not have any claim for a re-examination. Candidates not willing to shift or not willing to participate in
the delayed process of examination delivery shall be summarily rejected from the process.

14. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of examination
contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or
taking away the rough sheets/papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorised possession of examination
content is likely to be prosecuted.

15. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers or any other electronic gadget, etc. is not permitted in this
examination. Candidates are advised not to bring any of the banned items including pagers to the venue of examination. Any
candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing for the examination including
giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the examination will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that
no other candidate is able to copy from his/her answers.

16. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to their
selection/recruitment shall be considered as DISQUALIFICATION.

17. Candidate registration:

a. Candidate registration will be done through photo capture. Photo captured will be matched with the photo uploaded by the
candidates at the time of application (as printed on the Admit Card). The candidates must not change their appearance from the
photo uploaded by them.

b. Photograph will be taken while candidate is standing.

c. Seat number will be given to the candidates.


18. Rough sheet, Admit Card and Photo Identity proof management:

a. Rough sheet(s) kept at each candidate’s desk may be used by the candidate, if required

b. Those candidates who avail the services of Scribe should submit Scribe Form / Letter of Undertaking along with the Admit Card
and copy of Photo Identity proof.

c. Candidates must handover the rough sheets, Admit Card along with photocopy of photo identity proof to the Invigilator before
leaving the venue.

19. No hard copy of Admit Card, Information Handout and Scorecard of the candidates will be sent by Post to the candidates. The same
has to be downloaded only from the RBI website www.rbi.org.in .

20. Candidates are advised to take note of “The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024” and “The Public
Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Rules, 2024”.

21. Please read the instructions related to Social Distancing given on the next page.

INSTRUCTIONS WITH REGARD TO SOCIAL DISTANCING

1 Candidates are required to report at the examination venue strictly as per the time slot mentioned in the Admit Card. Late comers will not be
allowed to take the examination. Candidates should report at least 15 minutes before the reporting time indicated on the Admit Card.

2 Mapping of “Candidates’ Roll Number and the Lab Number” will not be displayed outside the examination venue, but the same will be
intimated to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidates to the examination venue.

3 Items permitted into the venue for candidates :


Candidates will be permitted to carry only following items with them into the venue :

a. Mask

b. Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)

c. A simple pen and ink stamp pad (Blue/Black)

d. Exam related documents (Admit Card and Photocopy of the Photo Identity document stapled with it, Photo Identity documents in
Original)

e. Admit Card should be brought with the photocopy of the Photo Identity document stapled with it. Original Photo Identity document (same
as photocopy) is also to be brought for verification. The name on the Photo Identity document and on the Admit Card should be exactly
the same.

f. In the case of Scribe Candidates - Scribe Form / Letter of Undertaking duly filled and signed.

No other Item is permitted inside the venue.

4. Candidates should not share any of their personal belonging/material with anyone.

5. Candidates should maintain safe social distance with one another.

6. Candidates should stand in the row as per the instructions provided at the venue.

7. If a candidate is availing services of a scribe, then scribe also should bring his/her own Mask.
