Dear Mr. Resuello,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that we will no longer require your services, effective
28 October 2022. Therefore, your contract will be discontinued and you may consider the
above-mentioned date as your last day of work. With the present letter, we comply with the
minimum notice period required by our contract and in accordance with the law.
You are entitled to be paid the amount of ____________Php according to your contract and
legal dictations (refer to attached Release Waiver and Quit Claim). Also, please keep in mind
that as with all our employees, you have signed a number of agreements that prohibit you from
divulging confidential information. Thus, any and all private information obtained about our
family during the course of your employment, including but not limited to medical, financial,
legal, career, and assets are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party for
any reason.
We would like to thank you for your work so far and we wish you all the best for the future.
