C. Software Development
The researcher focuses on the design in both the software
structure and the system design. To design the system, the
researcher uses several case scenarios. The play-actor is
categorized into two groups: the court personnel and
outside users. The court personnel manage the flow of the
procedures thru the JuCo-IS module. This module includes
the case management system, the Lawyer, and public
assistance officers. The outside users include the public
who request the court service from the RTC personnel.

the transformation processes at the same time. This
includes the testing of the transmission between the display

F. Evaluation of the System
The system needs to validate data to meet the specifications
required in the objectives of the study. The process of
usability tests the interaction of the recordkeeping system

devices. Another evaluation process includes user-friendly
