Description: Construction planning and scheduling were done using the project management software known as
MICROSOFT PROJECT, PRIMAVERA, CANDY, and the methodology adopted was Earned Value Management was
found effective in finding schedule variance, cost variance, and tracking of the project.
Project-2: PLANNING AND ESTIMATION OF G+2 EDUCATIONAL BLOCK
Objective: Draft the layout of the proposed building and calculate the approximate cost of the building
Description: Worked out the layout as per AICTE requirements, all the drafting was done using REVIT and AutoCAD and
