The meeting started at about 10:10am, with a session of
prayers and was rounded off by Rev. Osaro.
EXHORTATION : The sermon was taken by Rev. Osaro Osagie.
He titled the massege "Focus" . The text was taken from the
book of 1 Cor. 9:23-27. He said we should look at the prize.
Things might want to distract us but the standard should be the
cross . The day Peter looked away from Jesus he began to sink.
He concluded by saying that we should not look at man but
christ.
MATTERS ARISING
The chairman said all Exco remain the same. There will not be
any election for the unit but the day of election will be used for
inauguration ceremony.
CHAPTER : The First chapter quarterly meeting to be held on
first monday of March, 2024.
STATE : State prayer sumit to hold in Febuary. We are to pay
the sum of #10,000 naira.

1. Attendance is reducing : Chairman said he will address it.
2. Calendar money : Each church in the unit is to pay #4,000
naira .
3. Rev. Arhor suggested that whenever a new member comes
to the unit meeting we should introduce the person.
4. Pst. Godspower also suggested that we should manage our
time well. This he said will encourage members to come to
meeting when they know we will close on time.
ADJOURNMENT : In the absence of any other business, Pastor
Godspower moved for the adjournment of meeting and was
seconded by Pastor Stephen .
CLOSING PRAYERS : Rev. John Arhor said the closing prayers
and the meeting came to a close at about 12.30pm.
