NATIONAL COLD BITUMEN
DESCRIPTION Cold liquid Bitumen with added special materials, acts as a water
insulator and vapor barrier for concrete and masonry by closing pores.
Has good adhesion, good flexibility, Durable , Weathering Resistance .
and high resistance to rot.
RECOMMENDED USE On Concrete, Brickwork, Masonry, etc

Viscosity 10 Poise.
Specific Gravity 1.2 g/ml
Solid by Volume % 85 ± 2
Flash Point > 35 °C
Covering Rate 1-2 m²/Lit without thinning, depends on the thickness of application.
Drying Time Touch dry: 3 hrs, Hard dry: 12 hrs.
Drying time might be affected by temperature and humidity.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface should be dry, clean and free from dirt, dust or grease.
APPLICATION DATA
Application Methods Brush, Roller.
Thinning / Cleaning of Tools White spirit (10-20%)
CONDITIONS DURING APPLICATION
Temperature of the substrate should be minimum 5ºC
MISCELLANEOUS DATA
STORAGE The product must be stored according to National Regulations. The
product should be kept in a cool and well ventilated place, protected from
heat and direct sunlight at temp 5-35ºC. Containers must be kept tightly
closed.
HANDLING Handle with care, mix well before use.
SHELF LIFE 12 months.
SAFETY / HEALTH - Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes. While painting it is advisable to
wear eye protector. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately
with plenty of water and seek medical advice. To remove splashes
from skin; use soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner.
- Keep out of reach of children.
