Pluto’s Conjunctions

Pluto is your innate potential, personal power, natural gift you are born with, and
your soul purpose which ultimately will define your existence. You are born to
embrace your gift, that purpose and allow its light to shine. It is associated with
renewal, reversal, rebirth along with endings - new beginnings, and spiritual
growth. Pluto is all about change, transformation, out with the old and in with a
new. It has a cleansing and purifying impact; in a way it removes poison from
your life to transform you for growth of soul. Pluto is also about obsessive desire
for power and control.
Whenever Pluto is making any connection with any planet, any other significant
point or any cusp, it will pass on its strong energies to that also. There will be
combined energies with such connections which will give peculiar impact. Pluto’s
energies are strongest to influence any other energies and override the impact. So,
when Pluto touches anything closely, it will give solid results and transform the
existing circumstances. Here, Pluto’s power will dominate the situation. But Pluto
would change or transform things where ever change was needed and necessary
for the evolution.
There is an eclipse on 26th Dec in Sagittarius where Pluto is placed currently in its
last degree and with Vargottam Navamsa, capable of giving strong results. During
the eclipse, in Sagittarius, there are 6 planets, Sun, Moon, Mercury, Jupiter,
Saturn, Ketu placed there along with Pluto conjoined Saturn in close degree.
Eclipse denotes closer of some kind, there are ending and new beginning. From
these union of planets Sun, Moon, Mercury and Jupiter are in Ketu’s Moola
Nakshatra. Eclipse in Moola nakshatra is going to be eventful for many which
further indicates a time of fast-tracked evolutionary development, even natural-
manmade calamities, and breakthroughs.
When Jupiter will transit Sagittarius, it will conjunct Saturn-Ketu-Pluto but they
are away from each other to make major impact. But when Saturn will transit
Capricorn on 24th Jan 2020, we have major close conjunctions like Saturn –
Jupiter, Saturn – Pluto, Jupiter – Pluto and three of them together also. Pluto-
Saturn-Jupiter conjunction in Sagittarius and Capricorn do not happen very often.
 Pluto-Jupiter come together every 12 years.
 Saturn-Jupiter come together every 20 years.
 Pluto in one sign, when transiting in Capricorn, is going to be for 20 years.
 Pluto-Saturn join together in ‘same sign’ every 735 years as 25 rounds of
Saturn through the zodiac will be approximately 3 rounds of Pluto.
 Saturn being dispositor of Pluto for next 20 years and for Jupiter 2 years in
row.

Pluto’s Conjunctions

This will make Capricorn sign and lord Saturn very significant in the coming time
to give results. According to Sage Varahamihira, India is Capricorn sign country.
This makes any transit in Capricorn, very important and significant to give major
shifts. This transit of Pluto in Capricorn is going to change the image of India in
significant way and the conjunction of these two planets along with Jupiter will be
remarkable as well.
If we take example chart of India Independence: 15th August, 1947 at 00.00 hours
midnight at Delhi.
We have Capricorn in 9th house which is house of fortune and impact our future.

If we go back towards with previous conjunction of Saturn Pluto in Capricorn

before 735 years then:
In 1285 there was conjunction of Saturn-Pluto-Jupiter in Capricorn. Things
changed from here. People of India became subservient and passive to give away
their power to others. Outsiders had edge over Indians. Gradually, after 1200,
there were entries of Mughals, Dutch’s, French, Portuguese and finally Britishers.
This spoiled our economy from the root level.
Britishers left India in 1947 and slowly, India revolved towards growth.
India’s image changed over time. Pluto is transformative and Saturn supports that.
When these planets come together, they will change things completely. Last time
in 1285 there was destructive transformation. Indians gave up on their power and
lost their freedom. Now 2020 looks hopeful with powers in domain of ‘right’
authorities. There are awareness and people know their power. Saturn teach
lessons in hard way and rewards the efforts.
Now when again this trio (Jupiter-Saturn-Pluto) is meeting in Sagittarius first and
then in Capricorn, they have some serious business to do like having significant
changes wherever needed.
Pluto is in Sagittarius since 2005 and will touch Capricorn on 26th Feb 2020
joining, Saturn. They conjunct every 34 to 38 years. It is interesting to know the
last two conjunction of Saturn and Pluto:

Pluto’s Conjunctions

1. 1947 Aug in the sign of Leo – India got freedom from British rulers. Leo
is 4th house of India chart and it was dawn of new era.
2. 1982 Oct in the sign of Libra – This time even Jupiter was transiting Libra
– 6th house of Independent India chart. We won world Cup in 1983 and in
1984 Sikh riots followed by assassinations of then PM Indira Gandhi. This
again changed the system.
Pluto conjuncts Saturn and Jupiter:
Pluto, the outer planet is in close conjunction with Saturn-Jupiter. Pluto being
farthest from Sun, is slow-moving planet and has lasting impressions on our lives.
Pluto is higher octave of Mars and Scorpio is considered to be its own sign.
The first time this conjunction is happening in Sagittarius between
 5th Nov 2019 to 24th Jan 2020
 Between 27th Dec 2019 to 24th Jan 2020, Saturn is conjunct Pluto
degreecaly.
 30th Mar 2020 to 29th Jun 2020 where by mid-May they go retrograde.
 20th Nov 2020 to 5th Apr 2021
 Finally, 15th Sep 2021 to 21st Nov 2021.
Almost the entire year of 2020, the conjunction remains. This is a slow,
revolutionary process which will act like a pillar on which everyone will prosper
in the upcoming years.
Pluto-Saturn-Jupiter are likely to bring reformation which will define our
extended future plans. These are slow moving planets and Pluto is even slower
than Saturn. Pluto has one round of zodiac in nearly 248 years and Saturn in 30
years. Pluto moves nearly 2 degree in a year and stays retrograde for nearly 165
days every year. So, the impact is much slower. Pluto is going to be in Capricorn
from 2020 to 2039. We shall witness many significant changes during these
coming years as Saturn would be the dispositor of Pluto throughout these 20 years
and 2020 is just the beginning.
Saturn is boundaries, limitations, and fears.
Pluto is extremes, twisting and distortion.
Jupiter is anything in big way with expansion.
When they join together, there will be complete transformation. There will be an
invisible force to change things which has outlived its usefulness. There will be
breaking of barriers and restructuring to expand within larger boundaries. It’s
going to be mass movement and the nature of public interactions would be
drastically improved, as Saturn favors justice, common public and their interest.
This will be the time when the world may experience political upheaval and

cathartic or destructive events. 2020 is going to be a remarkable year for the

world and major development will happen in established structure, existing
government, economy and everyone’s belief system.
Pluto denotes war and conflict with strong power struggle, terrorism,
assassinations, to have control with force etc. Power play is important and
deciding factor for the effect. Saturn and Pluto are malefic in nature and are
capable of giving strong results. Here the energies of Jupiter will be helpful to
mitigate the malefic influence of Saturn-Pluto. Jupiter will provide the wisdom
and understanding to manage the challenging time. It is advisable to accept the
changes coming along the way and not fight them.
Saturn and Jupiter being in their individual houses are in good dignity to give
positive, transformative results and we need to be patient enough to let it unfold in
its own pace while retaining our faith.
When talking about Pluto’s conjunction, here, we are taking note of only slow-
moving planet, capable of giving long term impact. But I want to emphasis that
even fast-moving planet like Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars would get
impacted with Pluto’s connection in transformative way, changing the equation of
the significance of the said planet and their house ownership.
For example, if Pluto conjoin Venus then the relationship and emotions are
influenced in major way, such that there will be ‘needed’ change at some level
either emotionally, mentally or on physical-actual level, depending on your
running dasha that time. Same way for Mars related to significance of mars like
action, land-property, health, etc. For Moon – mental level and for Mercury at
intellectual level. It’s better to keep an open mind and to not be stubborn with our
old beliefs, rules and structures.
While any of these connections is happening, everything may be going too fast for
you, and that you are unable to keep hold of the reins, so there's no point in trying
to swim against the current. You'll only exhaust yourself for nothing. This time
indicates that established structures may be pulled down, obliging you to struggle
to hang on to your status or your responsibilities. It is suggested to be flexible and
receptive to the energies of the changes offered during these connections. Be
assured of the growth coming along with this and you will be grateful for the
changes in the long run.
