Please note that while we attempt to see you at your scheduled reservation arrival
time, periodic system outages, staff shortages and extended transaction processing
times may cause delays. You should plan up to an hour wait time from your scheduled
reservation arrival time.

Important Reservation Requirements
Driver License and Identification Card Reservations. Visit our website for important

Motor Vehicle Reservations . Visit our website for important information regarding

Arrive Alone. Clients should arrive for their reservation alone, as guests will not be
permitted. The only exceptions will be caretakers, translators, and interpreters for
hearing-impaired clients.
Payment. Please pay by cash, check, credit/debit card or contactless payment.
Please note a 2.4% convenience fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions.
Arrive on time. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your reservation
arrival time. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation arrival time, you
will need to reschedule.
Out-of-County Residents. Out-of-county residents who make a reservation will not
receive service at our office.
Bring Your Own Translator. If English is not your first language, you have the option
of bringing a person with you to your scheduled reservation to assist you with
translating. It is important to remember that the person you bring with you to
translate for you, may not assist you while you take any required tests, such as the
driver’s license written test. State regulations require that these tests only be
completed by the applicant.
