LATE AND RETURNED PAYMENTS
Outstanding utility charges after the due date are subject to applicable penalties. Dishonoured cheques are a non-payment of utilities and
may result in penalties. An administration fee will be charged for dishonoured cheques. Any outstanding utility charges unpaid as of
December 31 will be transferred to your tax account as arrears and will be subject to daily interest charges.
OWNERSHIP AND CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If your mailing address changes, you are responsible for updating your information. You must update your information with BC Assessment
for your property tax, utility, and assessment records. Change your mailing address on line through BC Assessment at
https://eforms.bcassessment.ca/address_change_form.asp
