JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

 Audits within the area of responsibility .Actively execute or assist in the investigation and
reporting of all accidents, incidents and near misses, Implementation of corrective and preventive
measures and maintaining the records. Conducting Inspection for lifting and firefighting
equipment as per company standard.
 Conducting yearly HSE internal audit. Preparing weekly and monthly HSE reports & recordkeeping
as per company/client requirements along with follow-up pending contractor’s Health Safety &
Environmental NCR. Dealing with external enforcement authorities. Involves to preparing pre-
qualification documents for client vendor registration.
 Ensuring good housekeeping as per 5s’ standard. Carrying out monthly PPE’s inspection for all
workforces to ensure the condition.
 Conducting routine inspection to site employee. Observing unsafe act, unsafe condition & takes
necessary action to obtain compliance.
 Conducting other training programs for employees, contractor, sub-contractor, on road safety
Ensuring & enforcing the adherence to laws and regulations governing the Health & Safety of
individual.
 Participating in the follow-up & close-out of corrective actions that arises from operational
Ensuring that all personnel are advised of HSE hazards by delivering induction courses and
toolbox talks, & the appropriate controls & contingency arrangements associated with the
