1. My dog's name is Bella
2. We picked her out from a bunch of puppies that somebody's had
3. When we chose her, the owner let out all the puppies and they swarmed
me and my siblings (I was probably 10ish at the time)
4. When we first got her, we trained her to ring a bell when she had to pee,
and we would have to take her out on a leash, so I remember so many late nights when I've had
to hold the leash, bleary eyed, in a little corner of our yard that STANK because of the months of
poop that had piled up
5. She really gets excited around new people, so every time I bring friends over she jumps up on
them, trying to get as close to their face as she can
6. Fun fact number 5 was really a lot less fun when I was 10 years old and she could reach my
face
7. Because she has such an issue with jumping on people, we have to lock her away every time
people come over, and we can always hear her scratching and crying
8. She's too intense for other dogs too, so when I take her on walks, she'll sniff at other dogs
and they'll run away
9. She's a Boston terrier
10. My dog is only about 16 pounds
11. Her toys get REALLY gross because she'll must sit and lick them
for hours
12. At our old house, we didn't have a full fence, so when we let
her play in the yard, we had to put her on this lead, and she would run full speed until she
reached the end of the lead, and just about break her neck
13. she has a little diamond shape on the back of her neck
14. She's always super excited when I get home, so she'll watch me come in from the back of
the couch (looking out the window)
15. When I do open the door, she'll just stand still and violently shake her butt (she doesn't have
much of a tail) until I come over and pet her
16. When we say family prayer (every night before bed) I clasp my hands together and my dog
just SHOVES her face in my hands and lies down on my hands (obviously soliciting pets)
17. She sleeps on my bed, more specifically in the exact middle of the bed, so I have no space
18. When she doesn't choose the very middle, she sleeps right in between my legs
19. She doesn't need a lot of exercise because of her breed, but my dad will take her on walks
and she gets so excited every time he puts on his shoes
20. the only words she knows are "walk", and "sit", but that doesn't stop me from talking to
Bella
21. When she was a puppy, the tips of her little pointy ears would fold over, and sometimes flip
out\
22. She has one broken toenail, because my dad clipped it too short one day, so now it just
looks like her finger is broken
23. My dog could not hate the vet more.
24. She always begs for my food, no matter what I'm eating. Like she won't eat lettuce, or
raisins, or stuff like that, but she still cries waiting for me to give her some
25. When she was younger, she would wag her tail (so rlly just her butt) so hard that she'd run
into walls
