Ensure manpower requirement and deployment of labour for smooth functioning of plant.
Ensure minimum wages payee by contractor, submitted all contractor manpower PF & ESIC
Timely.
Contractor Bill checking monthly basic and Contractor compliance review.

ADMINISTRATION
Plant security, CCTV, Housekeeping, Gardening. Arrange Cab & Lunch for Guest.
Prepare notice in Hindi & English both languages, display on notice board.
