Good Day!
It is a pleasure to be applying for the position of the Registrar Staff at your institution. As a
highly observant person with a passion and understanding for the needs of others, I am excited
at the idea of serving this institution. I believe that City College of Calapan will be a great place
in which I can use my knowledge and work ethics toward a valuable cause.
I am holding a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Commerce Major in Banking in Finance taken at the
Divine Word College of Calapan.
During my previous role as bookkeeper at Good Shepherd Parish, I performed general duties
such as keeping track of accounts and dealing with financial transactions. I regularly assisted the
Office Secretary in attending the parishioners concerns. I have been a Registrar of Good
Shepherd Academy for eleven years and a part time teacher in Senior High School teaching
Business Finance and Fundamentals of Accountancy, Business and Management. I am also the
coordinator for DepEd Learners Information System (LIS), Education Service Contracting (ESC),
Teachers Salary Subsidy (TSS) and Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP). Because of
that I am trained for a high level of technological proficiency, and a wide background in clerical
and social works.
I am currently working as Registrar of St. Anthony College Calapan City, Inc and also serving as
scholarship coordinator for a year.
I have completed TESDA Trainers Methodology Level 1 and acquired National Trainers
Certificate for Bookkeeping NC III.
My work experience makes me confident that I can execute the Registrar role. I am accustomed
to a fast-paced work environment, and I am able to meet many demands in a short period of
time. The high volume of students coming into the office with multiple needs trained me to
handle situations quickly and effectively. I pride myself on my communication skills and
professionalism.
I am willing to undergo trainings and seminars so that I may become more capable in the job. I
