1.

a. Remove concrete blocks and make the ground floor a mangera wood floor
deck. The house will not be raised but on the ground
b. Remove palm tree (Cover hole on floor), and all plants
c. Make the two trellis one long bamboo trellis, instead going side to side, Use
bamboo on top for roof
d. 1st floor outside walls flat black
e. Top floor everything ash gray
f. Paint interior doors white
g. Continue the containers to the back so that we can see it extend
h. Top of roof square corrugated sheet metal dark blue/black with 30 degree
angles
i. Remove all of the stairs on the right hand side
j. Remove window on right hand side 2nd floor
k. On the right side make the wall to go straight back in a line instead of
jutting out.
l. Create window ⅔ from the door and ceiling to floor 8’ wide
m. To the left of the container add another container and remove the wall so
that it’s more spacious on the white side.
n. In middle area bottom floor, make wooden trellis a flat white wall
o. After the new image has been created, then we will select a photo to be
used for the background

a. Put home in a different landscape
b. Container is at the top of a hill
c. Place Container HomeDeck: instead of wood, use light gray
concrete/cement
d. Bring the deck all the way to the edge of the container (in the forefront)
e. Make the windows swing glass doors instead
f. The railing for the stairs, make it tension rod wire
g. At the other end, but another 40’ container in an L shape and it will have the
same swing glass doors (Metal swing glass doors)
h. Remove the patio furniture
i. Back of Rooftop will a little dirt which will slope down the mountain
3.
a. Add another container eto the left equivalent to the one that already exists
b. Add another container on the top floor and connect to the left to make a
wider room
c. Ceiling: Treated 4x4 plywood with joint seams of aluminum channels of 1”
between the sheets
i. Aluminum channels are illuminated in between the 4x4 boxes
d. Roof of 1st floor: put guard rails on the roof of the containers
e. 2nd floor put sliding doors, where the current floor to ceiling windows are
f. 2nd floor that’s protruding towards us, remove the brace and make once
piece, storefront one piece aluminum frame on glass. It will be once long
piece with no divider
g. On the bottom of the floor granulite floor
h. Remove the furniture and the environment
i. Find a different stair style
j. Wall Interiors: Every 18”, square window of 2’
i. Base for the depth of the inside is 16’
k. Light: daylight white - Recess light give 5000 (daylight)
l. 2 sets of swing doors in the middle and the rest is glass
m. Color of Container: Everything black
n. Add environment later

a. Right hand side, double container, double doors instead. Right now one
double door for container and addition, there will be four doors opening
b. Left handside, but another container to the left to extend the current
“dining area”
c. Left side: New container will have doors, Right side: Aluminum frame solid
panel glass
d. FLOOR: wood deck, black bamboo flooring. 18’ from the floor, make
everything a wood deck, from grass 3 steps to go up. Front of step to back
is 30” each. 3 steps 6: for total of 18”
e. Inside Color: White
f. Ceiling: White stucco
g. Outside Container: White with framing black

a. Put a container underground that is also 40’ and you can see 20’ protruding
towards you from the mountain. From an aerial view it should look like a
cross
b. Attached to this container in the back add 2 more containers that are the
same size.
c. Keep outside flat, 3 containers, center 2’x2’ 1’ from the top, for 3 windows
total

a. Instead of one container make it three containers (containers are 40’)
outside containers will have container doors and middle glass instead
b. Container is 9.5’ Panel of glass above in the same shape and slope as the
photo and every corner will have metal posts (4x4) and every 8’ will be
metal posts and glass
c. On the side every 10’ one window of Height is 5’ wide is 30”
d. Under Deck Deck: Pile of cement square posts, every 8” post (sinder
blocks? 1x1) of cement. Raised from the floor is 2’
e. Patio/Balcony stays the same.
f. Fireplace in the middle located inside move the chimney to center
g. Grass around…
h. Choose background after we see the redesign
i. Color Dark Olive

After these 5 photos are finished we would like to have interior photos created and a
topographical shot
