1. Sales Deed/Conveyance deed/Lease/Sub-Lease/Mutation Letter/Registered Gift
Deed/Transfer/Allotment Letter/Order In Multi-story project issued by builder or Certified
true copy of Form VII/II issued by Mukhtiakar (either anyone of them, however not
applicable on Kachi Abadi)
2. C.N.I.C (original / attested by any Govt. Gazette Officer)
3. All outstanding dues must be cleared (last paid bill copy requirement in case last payment
made and it is not reflecting in system)
4. SIGNATURE on Undertaking.

5. Trade license OR NTN certificate
Additional Documents Required (for Tenant)
6. Tenancy agreement
7. CNIC copy of owner
8. NOC from owner for change of name & SD
Additional Documents Required (for Kachi Abadi)
11. Reference letter from municipal / UNION COUNCIL office/Town office
12. PT1 certificate
Note:
• Documents in list from 1 till 4 are compulsory
• Provide all original/attested documents
• SD will be charged to the consumer as per available load at the premises
• In case previous owner claims SD, new owner will be charged SD amount which will be
refundable to previous owner

1. That the attached application with necessary documents for purpose of transfer /change of name/address is a part of this
undertaking.
2. That the above mentioned Meter may be transferred /change in the
Name/address___________________________________________________________________________________
and in case of any objection raised from any person, department, Civil Agency, Legal Forum etcetera then
K-Electric will not be held responsible/ party and K-Electric has right to cancel the transfer of name & disconnect the
supply without any further notice, I shall have no claim whatsoever in this matter.
3. That after transfer the above mentioned meter in my name I, shall undertake that I shall pay all sorts of dues,
supplementary bills, detection bills, or any kind of bills, dues if work out against the above mentioned meter for previous
period. In case of defaulter, the K-Electric has fully right to take action according to K-Electric rules.
4. That further I declare I shall be bound to abide by all the rules and regulations of K- Electric of the Eligibility Criteria for
consumer, and liable to pay all Security deposit amount to be debited in my account.
5. This change is not valid for any legal/court matters neither claimable at any legal/court matters.
6. Whatever stated above is all true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
