Subjectr Regarding registration with Haryana Labour Depaftment U/s 7 of the
Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 197O.
Government of Haryana has established Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited for
providing/deploying contractual manpower for specified Government Departments, Boards,
Corporations, Statutory Authorities, State Universities and other agencies under Government of
Haryana.
To execute this mandate, HKRN has adopted a fully IT enabled deployment process
through its portal-hkrnl,itiharyana.gov.in. The login for this portal were created for the head of
Department (HoD) and sub-logins were created for Drawing & Disbursing Officers (DDOs) of the
respective departments.
As per the Deployment of Contractual Policy,2022 clause no. 5.1 it is mentioned that
any indenting Organization which seeks more than 50 (fifty) contractor workers from the Nigam shall
ensure that they are registered with Haryana Labour Department u/s 7 of the Contract
Labour(Regulation and Abolition) Act, L970.
It is therefore
requested to register with Haryana Labour Department uls 7 of the
Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 with BiP ID 4054L5 of HKRN, as applicable.
