DANCE
• Dance is a performing art
form consisting of sequences
of movement, either
improvised or purposefully
selected. This movement has
aesthetic and often symbolic
value. Dance can be
categorized and described by
its choreography, by its
repertoire of movements, or
by its historical period or
place of origin.

• Dance, the movement of
the body in a rhythmic way,
usually to music and within
a given space, for the
purpose of expressing an
idea or emotion, releasing
energy, or simply taking
delight in the movement
itself.

➢ Dance is a fully-fledged art form, belonging to
the 'performing arts', a goal in itself and a
means of allowing a human being to express
his inner feelings, thoughts and experiences.

therefore does the spirit.
