Daily Routine for an Actor in Mumbai

6:00 AM - Wake Up and Hydrate

Start the day with a glass of water to hydrate your body.

Take 5-10 minutes for deep breathing or light stretching to awaken your body and mind.

6:15 AM - Meditation & Mindfulness (15-20 minutes)

Practice mindfulness or meditation to clear your mind, reduce stress, and enhance focus.

presence on camera and builds stamina for long shoots.

Review your to-do list and set goals for the day.

8:00 AM - Script Study & Acting Practice (1 hour)
