HUMAN RESOURCE POLICY FOR IN-HOUSE TEAM:
Office Timing will be 10 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday with 48hrs will be working per
Week and will have 45 Mins Off for Lunch at 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM..
Employees are required to sign up their attendance by 10.00 a.m., however there will be grace period
of 15 minutes. In case an employee is late due to any reason, he/she must contact HR Department
immediately on arrival. If any employee comes after 10.15 AM (which is the maximum grace period
of 15 minutes) red mark will be put in front of his/her name. Every 3 such late mark in a month will
be treated as one day’s Leave without pay.
If any Employees arrival’s after 11 AM he/she will be considered for Half-Day
It is mandatory for each employee to sign in the attendance register and also punch attendee from the
day of joining. Every Employee is required to sign the attendance register daily upon his/her arrival
and departure from office. The Register will be available at the Front Office.
Employees engaged in extended shifts and travel, as certified by the immediate manager may be
allowed suitable grace for coming late the next morning. The manager / department head’s written
authorization regarding this need to be given to the HR department.
The employee will be marked absent in case he/she has not signed in the attendance register. In case
of absence, employee will be liable for disciplinary action and no salary will be paid for that period.
In case an employee goes for outdoor/official work, he/she has to inform his/ her supervising officer
accordingly.
The protection of confidential business information and trade secrets is vital to the interests and the
success of Diio Rewards. Such confidential information should not be disclosed to anyone. If found
anyone disclosing the same Diio Rewards may sue such person at Bhubaneswar Court.
All new hires will have to go through Min 6 months of probation period post will they will be taken
as full time employee post approval from HR Team and based on their performance.
During Probation Period Diio Rewards can remove any employee without notice period and in case
of any kind of in-discipline or misbehaver or discloser of personal information immediate
termination will be done without pay.
Anyone who leaves the firm within 15 Working Days or without any notice period will not be paid
any salary for the said period
Salary will be paid between 10th-12th of the following month for last calendar month after deduction
of late coming and Half Day until Probation Period.
No gossiping or any kind of association will be allowed at any cost and most importantly no one is
allowed to move out of office in group for any reason especially for toilet breaks or any other kind of
breaks.
Employee needs to take care of the provided office stationery which incudes’ Laptop/Mobile Sim.
One Paid Sick Leave is provided per Calendar Month until probation period is not completed and the
same cannot be carried forward to next month.
No one is allowed to use the Paid Sick Leave as a sandwich holiday with Saturday and Sunday
Any one absent on Saturday or Monday without any valid reason and approval then Sunday will also
be not paid as Sandwich Holiday.
Min of 60% Staff Should be Present at any point of time in Office else approval will not be given no
group absent will be allowed
