1. Self-Reflect: What did you learn about yourself today?

2. Connect: Did you meet someone new today?

3. Create: What impactful work did you create today?
4. Skill: What skill or concept did you learn today.
2. Be aware of your strongest reactions.
Probably the simplest self-awareness exercise to try is monitoring
your strongest reactions.

3. Monitor your most negative and positive feelings.

Toward the end of your day, write down your most positive feeling of
the day and your most negative one.

Include as much detail about when it occurred as possible.

• When did it happen?

• With whom or who was it about?
• Where were you?
• Can you think of the sprak that caused you to have that feeling?
4. Pay attention to just one aspect of your life you want to
change.
If there is one area of your life you want to change, start by bringing
awareness to the habits that surround that aspect of your life.

1. That God created you.

Gen_1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of

God created he him; male and female created he them.

2. That you are wonderfully made.

Psa_139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully

made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right
well.

3. That God’s wonderful creation was destroyed because of sin.

Rom 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and
death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have
sinned:
4. That that destroyed God’s creation was quickened and restored
by the Lord Jesus Christ.

1Co 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a
living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
1Co 15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second
man is the Lord from heaven.
Mat 17:11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall
first come, and restore all things.
Mat 17:12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they
knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they
listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them

5. That you will be quickened and restored if you believe that Jesus
washed all your sins by His blood at the cross

Act 10:43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his
name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
Act 10:44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on
all them which heard the word.

1Jn_3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins;
and in him is no sin.
Mat_26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed
for many for the remission of sins.

1Pe_2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the
tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by
whose stripes ye were healed.

❖ The 7 'Senses' of Self-Development

Making a commitment to your own development is the first step on

the path to living your personal legend.

1. Sense of self.

Self-improvement begins with a keen awareness of who you are,

your values, beliefs and the larger purpose you wish to pursue.
2. Sense of curiosity.

To live successfully, be endlessly curious about all the possibilities

your future holds. It is important to have an unquenchable thirst for
your advancement and for adventure.

3. Sense of direction.

The more you develop yourself the more pristine you become in
achieving what you want. This clarity makes decision-making easier
because having a direction improves your ability to prioritize.

4. Sense of follow through.

Knowing what you want to achieve makes it easier for you to see
the benefits of taking action.

5. Sense of urgency.

A sense of urgency drives inspiration. Urgency creates the mindset

to work as if your life depends upon it, especially if you have fewer
resources than others.

6. Sense of resiliency.

Resiliency is the ability to overcome challenges of all kinds–trauma,

tragedy, personal crises, plain ‘ole’ life problems–and bounce back
stronger, wiser, and more personally powerful.

7. Sense of connectedness.

Relationships can be double-edged swords. They either lift you up or

drag you down.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE BODY

1. Breathe

Eze_37:9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy,
son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come
from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that
they may live.

2. Eat and Drink

Gen_3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou
return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust
thou art,and unto dust shalt thou return.

Gen_24:54 And they did eat and drink,..

3. Exercise

1Ti_4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable

unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that
which is to come.

SOUL

- is the invisible part of a human being which is described as the

human’s consciousness of this world. It is the soul that feels
and haveambitions in life and because of the soul a human loves,
hates, wants to prosper and become successful in life.

Gen_2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground,
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a
living soul.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOUL

1. The Presence of the LORD God

Gen_39:2 And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous
man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.
2. The meditation of the WORD of God

Jos 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but
thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe
to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt
make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

3. The sincere PRAYER unto God

Jdg_18:5 And they said unto him, Ask counsel, we pray thee, of God,
that we may know whether our way which we go shall be
prosperous.

SPIRIT

- is another invisible part of a human being which is described as the

human’s consciousness to God. It is the Spirit that prays
and haveinterest on heavenly or spiritual things.

1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the
Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPIRIT

1. The Spirit must first be quickened and be saved by grace.

Eph_2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us

together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

2. Not being carnally minded but spiritually minded.

Rom_8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually

minded is life and peace.

3. Not fulfilling the lust of the flesh but walk in the Spirit.

Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil
the lust of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the
flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot
do the things that ye would.
18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which
are these;Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife,
seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the
which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they
which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering,
gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the
affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit

4. Feed the Spirit with the Word of God

Luk_4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man

shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

5. Teach the Word of God.

Heb 5:12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have
need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the
oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not
of strong meat.

their personal skills.

zone, focusing on becoming a better version of yourself.

3. Personal Power

Personal power is supported by your contacts and money.

Developing an ever-widening circle of contacts increases the
number of open doors for you.

beneficial, important, useful, beautiful, desirable and constructive.

needs, interests and habits) and influence the choices made by an
individual.
