3-22-2024 - Configuration is mostly done, waiting for meeting with customer to review changes and decide on how we will handle other POS vendors in the
future.

------------------------

Initial call with customer on 2/15. Not many specifics as we've not executed an NDA yet. That is being done and should be in customer hands later this
week. Once we have that, we'll have another call to get into specifics.

Their current MSP is failing miserably to meet their network refresh timeline and there is some urgency to get it done.

Overall opp is for 2000+ locations across 15 different brands.

They're deploying a FNT stack with CP backup and have 2 firewall templates they use (small and large footprints).

Difference in templates is larger footprints have switching and AP configs.

They're looking for UC services and security cameras as well.

Information on Paytronix Troubleshooting - POS Team re-installed the paytronix app and it worked after.

I will talk with the POS group. They need to provide better communication and documentation for the pilot sites. I know we've been adding things on the fly
but can't do that every install.

Did you see the public IPs I sent for Stuart?

I never seen any traffic to 9090 or 9191 except when we were testing and I had him throw it in the browser for https://URL:9090 or 9191.

Up until this morning I never seen any real HTTPS traffic.

This is confusing. Is it 9090/9091 between terminals and BOH server? Then the whitelisted URL between BOH and patronix external site?

All,

Wanted to send a quick email so we are all on the same page for Fat Brands and the Hurricane Grill & Wings. As of 9:15 PM CT we still haven’t cutover the
POS or anything else and don’t think we will tonight other than getting the firewall online.

Since I have been working on his hardware all day, I haven’t gotten anything done on the original hardware to ship. He discussed possibly just keeping what
he has since it is all exactly what is needed (FGT-60F, FSW-148-POE, FAP-231F) and why re-deploy it?

Also, I see a cradlepoint on the order for this site but did not get that brought over (2 FGT-60F, 1 FSW-148F-POE, 8 FAP-231F) so I am missing one switch
and the cradlepoints.

Other Misc Issues that have happened so far:

• When I provided the site name to Brandon we found on the store number was wrong (original is 21527-HGW208 / actual 21527-HGW0671)
o He requested we add the zero to make it a 4 digit name
o This caused me to redeploy it with him a few times
• The NCR POS VLAN11 had to change
o It was originally a VLAN assigned out of the NIPAP /24 but I found out it was a 10.0.10.x on all sites THEN I found out it is special for this site as
10.1.10.0/24
I guess the Comcast modem onsite was configured for 10.1.10 and they setup all of the POS statically for that
o I’m unsure what the go-forward on this is or will be
• We found out that they needed wireless for VLAN11 so that had to be added and that wasn’t an original requirement
• Since that Comcast modem was the only place we could plug in the FortiGate WAN1 was also getting a 10.1.10.X IP and that also conflicts with VLAN11
so he had to go buy a TP-Link to add an additional NAT so we can RE-IP VLAN11 for NCR

• He requested custom SSIDs for the wireless per the brand (HGW-GUEST, HGW-POS, HGW-CORP)
o I am unsure how we can map all of this but will have to research it all and get a clear direction forward
• He had provided an additional NCR PDF with rules today
o I had most of the URLs but it was all screenshots of another PDF vs a copy / paste PDF. I have added those to the policy package.

2024-06-26 15:32:20 Central Daylight Time

Project Details Page 9

Still up in the air:

• I am unsure if the switch template will work for them or if we will need a POS specific one
o It sounds like all of the POS for this site is on its own switch (unamanged / provided by NCR)
• One of the FortiSwitch ports didn’t work for some reason and wouldn’t come up. I am unsure if it is a dead port or something else on the FSW
• I believe the DHCP gateway offsets are incorrect in the FSW template so that will need to be corrected.

2024-04-23 10:06:29 - Roger Deery (Work notes)

Call with customer yesterday centered around Stuart FL location and the NCR POS install. Customer seemed overwhelmed at the cabling challenge here
and we offered up some smart hands to help him with running the cables and such. Customer is bringing his own firewall and switch to get site online until
we can get some hardware out there. We still need to have configuration discussion with them in order to deliver a sound solution.

2024-04-08 09:59:20 - Roger Deery (Work notes)

Lab equipment received in Marietta.

2024-04-08 09:39:02 - Roger Deery (Work notes)

SOW review with the customer today. Once an agreement is reached, we should have a commit of 600-700 locations for 2024.

2024-04-05 13:32:01 - Matt Goeres (Work notes)

Rebuilt template spreadsheet and provided to the customer. Pending a review meeting with the client.
