------------------------
Initial call with customer on 2/15. Not many specifics as we've not executed an NDA yet. That is being done and should be in customer hands later this
week. Once we have that, we'll have another call to get into specifics.
Their current MSP is failing miserably to meet their network refresh timeline and there is some urgency to get it done.
They're deploying a FNT stack with CP backup and have 2 firewall templates they use (small and large footprints).

Wanted to send a quick email so we are all on the same page for Fat Brands and the Hurricane Grill & Wings. As of 9:15 PM CT we still haven’t cutover the
POS or anything else and don’t think we will tonight other than getting the firewall online.
Since I have been working on his hardware all day, I haven’t gotten anything done on the original hardware to ship. He discussed possibly just keeping what
he has since it is all exactly what is needed (FGT-60F, FSW-148-POE, FAP-231F) and why re-deploy it?
Also, I see a cradlepoint on the order for this site but did not get that brought over (2 FGT-60F, 1 FSW-148F-POE, 8 FAP-231F) so I am missing one switch
and the cradlepoints.
• He requested custom SSIDs for the wireless per the brand (HGW-GUEST, HGW-POS, HGW-CORP)
o I am unsure how we can map all of this but will have to research it all and get a clear direction forward
• He had provided an additional NCR PDF with rules today
o I had most of the URLs but it was all screenshots of another PDF vs a copy / paste PDF. I have added those to the policy package.
