Designation – Virtual Relationship Manager

Role : Telesales

Level: Executive / Senior Executive B2B Sales.
Location: Sector-44, Gurugram, Haryana

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Candidate should be from insurance background having 6 months to 1year of experience
in insurance industry.

2. Sound knowledge of insurance products like Motor, Life, Health & Commercial Lines
insurance.

3. Primary role – Drive sales through the agency network by on boarding new
clients/partners.

4. Conduct continuous agent training program.

5. Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.

6. Recruit, train agents and generate business from them.

7. Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

8. Using sales scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and
present their benefits to drive sales.

9. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with partners to encourage repeat


business.

10. Developing in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to make suitable
recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

11. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and
sales.

12. Lead Generation II Cold Calling - Call existing and potential partners to inform, convince
and sell the company's products and services.

13. Building a strong relationship with the old and existing partners.
Desired Skills
14. Coordinating -
with quotation, claim and renewal team to fetch required documents.

1. Should have strong convincing power.


2. Should be well versed with written and verbal English.
3. Candidates preferred with prior work experience in Tele sales, insurance sales
experience and fresher’s with good communication skills are eligible.
4. Experience in Insurance sales (Motor, Health, Life & Commercial Line Insurance) will be
given weightage.
5. The candidates should have shown good performance trends, in form of Rewards and
Recognition certificates or e-mails. Regular incentives earned.

Please note: VRM includes multiple profiles with different roles and responsibilities. Hence, roles
& responsibilities will vary according to the openings.

ISMS RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function


Heads, and serve users authorized by Function Heads;
 Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information
systems can be built and run to best meet business objective;
 Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;
 Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets; and
 Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head.
