OFFER OF APPOINTMENT AS TEACHING STAFF IN THE GHANA EDUCATION SERVICE
EBENEZER ASOMANI
The Management of Ghana Education Service hereby offer you an appointment as a Teacher at
SAKABO NO. 1 D/A KG & PRIMARY in KWAHU AFRAM PLAINS SOUTH in the EASTERN with
effect from August 1, 2024.
The Head of the school shall assign you to a class and or a subject to teach (and any other duty that
may be assigned to you). You will be on the grade of Principal Superintendent. The salary scale
attached to the grade is PS16H (Base Grade). You will be paid your salary with effect from the date of
assumption of duty.
You are to report to the Regional Director, Ghana Education Service immediately, upon whose
validation of your documents, this offer will be valid and further directives given.
Your anniversary each year will be your incremental date. An incremental award is to be earned
through satisfactory performance. You will be on a one (1) year probation.
You will be subject to the Conditions and the Scheme of Service and any circular and directive for the
Teaching Staff of the Ghana Education Service, as amended or issued from time to time. You are
advised to give due and proper notice of your intention to leave the Service.
If you wish to accept this offer of appointment to the above school under the conditions set out in the
Conditions and the Scheme of Service, kindly inform the Regional Director in writing, by August 7,
2024, of your acceptance. You should have your medical examination done at the nearest hospital by
presenting this letter to the Medical Officer as an authority for the examination.
Unless your acceptance is received by August 7, 2024 this offer of appointment will be automatically
withdrawn.
