Respected Sir,
I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as Electrical Engineer at
Ali Embroidery Mills, effective 22-02-2024 last working day. This decision has not been easy
for me. But after careful consideration. I got admission in Master of Electrical Engineering in
abroad. So, I decided to pursue further studies to enhance my knowledge.
I am grateful for opportunity. I have during my time at Ali Embroider Mills, I have learned a
great deal a lot practical experience from talented and supportive Electrical team.
As part of my resignation process, I kindly request that all my due including salary for the
current month, any pending reimbursements, be settled at earliest convenience.
