for Mobility Programme 3rd Batch
Notice
1. Each mobility programme has a different set of requirements but the following information
should be considered before applying to any of the programmes. More detailed
information can be found in Section III of Mobility Tool 1(guideline). By submitting
this application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the information
provided in the guideline and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined therein.
a. Status
All participants must be a citizen of ASEAN Member States (Brunei Darussalam,
Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore,
Thailand, and Viet Nam). All participants must have valid passports (minimum 9-month
validity when applying) and have no restrictions on international travel. All students
must be currently enrolled in TVET institutions or graduated within the last 6
months from the deadline of the application period. Faculties must be currently
teaching at TVET institutions. All of the programmes require at least a basic
understanding of each field, so all participants should check the prerequisites and
curriculum before applying. Participants can also apply for the programmes in their
respective countries. In this case, a passport and international travel are not required.
b. Age limit
All students should be between the age of 18 and 25 when applying. This is to ease
the selection process of the students and also to match the level of the curriculums
provided. There is no age limit for the faculties.
c. Skills
All of the mobility programmes will be operated in English. All participants are required
to have adequate language skills to participate in the programme. The English skill will
be screened during the application period in written form, subject to the requirement
from each faculty, and also in an online interview session. This interview will be
conducted by the host institution.
All participants must possess basic IT literacy, able to use Microsoft Office applications
such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
d. Health
All of the participants must provide detailed information on any health-related issues in
the application form. Once selected as final candidates, the participants will be
required to submit a health form signed by a licensed physician. The cost of health
checkups will not be covered by the project. Participants should be mindful of the
COVID-19-related protocols of each country. The cost of any necessary vaccinations
and tests is not covered by the project. Moreover, each country or institution may have
different health requirements for incoming students. Please check the programme
profile in Section III of Mobility Tool 1.
e. Selection of the programmes
Except for the Electrical and Electronics and Hospitality and Tourism sector, there are
2 programmes available. You may apply for 1 or 2 programmes if you meet the
prerequisites of each programme. Please check the programme profile in Section III of
Mobility Tool 1.
f. Support
The project will provide programme-related costs, including visa, travel/health
insurance, international transportation, accommodation, programme fee, and daily
allowance for the programme participants. Also, personal supplies such as personal
protective gear, tools and materials will be provided under the project budget.
However, each participant must bring a personal laptop to participate in the
programme.
2. The following table lists the summarized information of each programme. Depending on
your sector and major, you may choose up to 2 programmes. If you fail to be nominated
by your first choice, your application will automatically be reviewed by the second
programme.
