1. I say that I am the Complainant in the above-captioned matter, authorised to
represent the Complainant in the present matter, well conversant with the facts
and circumstances of the case, and thus competent to swear this affidavit.
2. I state that I have produced the printouts of the following documents, filed
along with the Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer protection Act 1986
i. Copy of the WhatsApp Chat between the Complainant and the Accused
in relation to the said Friendly loan, marked as Annexure.
ii. Tracking Report of the Speed Post Receipt bearing No.
_______________, marked as Annexure (“Speed Post Receipt”).
3. I state that the printouts of the afore-mentioned documents are taken from the
mobile phone (“8826294343) owned, maintained, managed, and operated by
me (“Computer”) and the same is under my control and there is no possibility
of its data being tampered.
4. I state that the Mobile output containing the information was produced by the
Mobile during the period over which the Mobile was used regularly to store
or process information for the purposes of the acts referred to in the evidence
regularly carried on over that period by me having lawful control over the use
of the Mobile.
5. I state that during the said period, information of the kind contained in the
electronic record or of the kind from which the information so contained is
derived was regularly fed into the Mobile in the ordinary course of my
correspondence with the Accused.
6. I state that, throughout the material part of the said period, the Mobile was
operating properly without affecting the contents of the electronic record or
its accuracy or its contents.
7. I state that the information contained in the electronic record is derived from
such information fed into the Mobile in the ordinary course.

I, Himanshu Sharma, S/o Avdhesh Sharma, R/o House no 131 sant nagar near old
railway station, Faridabad 121001, aged about 25 years (“Deponent”), do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as follows:
1. I state that I am one of Counsels of the Complainant in the above-captioned
matter, authorised to represent the Complainant in the above-captioned
matter, well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case, and thus
competent to swear this affidavit.
2. I state that the SIM bearing number +91- (“8826294343”), along with the
WhatsApp ID associated with the said SIM number, is owned, maintained,
managed, and operated by the Deponent.
3. I state that I have produced the printouts of the following documents, filed
along with the Complaint, on behalf of the Complainant, under Section 12 of
consumer protection act 1986:
i. Copy of the WhatsApp Chat between the Complainant and the Accused
in relation to the said Friendly loan, marked as Annexure .
ii. Tracking Report of the Speed Post Receipt bearing No.

4. I state that the ScreenShots are taken from the mobile phone owned,
maintained, managed, and operated by me (“Mobile”), which contains the
SIM Number, and the WhatsAp associated with the said SIM Number.
5. I state that the Mobile output containing the information was produced by the
Mobile during the period over which the Mobile was used regularly to store
or process information for the purposes of the acts referred to in the evidence
regularly carried on over that period by the Deponent having lawful control
over the use of the Mobile.
6. I state that during the said period, information of the kind contained in the
electronic record or of the kind from which the information so contained is
derived was regularly fed into the Mobile in the ordinary course of my
correspondence with the Accused.
7. I state that, throughout the material part of the said period, the Mobile was
operating properly without affecting the contents of the electronic record or
its accuracy or its contents.
8. I state that the information contained in the electronic record is derived from
such information fed into the Mobile in the ordinary course.
