SCOPE OF WORK (from my side) :
1. Plant removal, land preparation, and plantation work are within my scope.

1. Civil work and land soil filling are within the company's scope.
2. Plant purchasing and transportation are within the company's scope.
3. Food and accommodation for the workers must be provided until the work is
completed.
Billing and Payment Terms
1. The project plan includes 7 steps, with a total project budget of ₹270,000
(₹2,70,000).
2. Advance Payment (25%):
a. An initial payment of 25% of the total project budget is required upfront.
This amounts to ₹67,500.
3. Interim Payment (75%):
a. After 4 days, an additional 75% of the project budget will be due, which
totals ₹202,500.
4. Final Payment (100%):
a. The final payment, covering the entire project cost of ₹270,000, is due
upon project completion.

● The current project planning covers only the completed drawings, not the entire
project.
