ABSTRAT OF CHOCOLATE

Have you ever wondered why is chocolate is melting some times they even

Get liquidified , why chocolate is not stable at room temperature , but in

hilly regions Or at Refrigerator it is stable. Why it is melting when it is at

hot sun But , it taste sweet we need to keep them in refrigerator from

avoiding it and analysis of different types of chocolate samples.

In this project we will analyze these Questions and about the

sweet known as Chocolate. There are some reasons why these are occuring

in this items. there are other sweets like Chocolate-coated marshmallow

treats, also known as chocolate teacakes , Chocolate truffle , lindt home of

Chcolates - confectionery company founded in 1845 and known for its

chocolate truffles and chocolate bars, among other sweets and Candies are

some types Chocolates.

“ To find out the presence of proteins , fats , sugars , calcium , iron ,
magnesium and nickel in different chocolate samples “

MATERIAL REQUIRED:

Copper sulphate (CuSO4)
Moliseli’s reagent (C10 H7 OH)
Fehling’s solution A & B
Sulphuric acid (H2 SO4)
Tolien’s reagent
Ammonium chloride (NH4 CL)
Ammonium hydroxide (NH4 OH)
Sodium phosphate (Na3 PO4)
Samples of chocolates (Dark chocolate , Chocolate cream , Milky bar ,
Milk chocolate bar , Cadburys bar)
