Waste management is the process of collecting, transporting, processing, recycling

or disposing of waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner. It is a


crucial aspect of maintaining public health and preserving the environment. Here

1.Municipal Solid Waste:-This includes everyday items like packaging, clothing,

demolition activities.

# Waste Hierarchy:
Minimize waste generation by using resources more efficiently and consuming less.
Extend the life of products by finding new uses for them. Process materials to
create new products, reducing the need for raw materials. Safely and responsibly
manage the waste that cannot be dealt with through the above methods.
