Ipca Guideline for Aarogya Setu App:
Downloading Arogya Setu App is must for each and every
employee.
Perform Daily checking on the app whether you are in Green, Safe
Zone and have low risk.
Log your temperature, if you are at High Risk. Inform your office
accordingly
You will be allowed to report only, if you are declared safe and low
risk.

SELF DECLARATION
EMPLOYEE SELF DECLARATION
Employees resuming duties must inform HR about his /her &
their families travel history and location of stay during
lockdown followed by any specific details if asked in SELF
DECLARATION FORM.
1.If you stay in HOT SPOT / HIGH risk in Arogya setu – No need
to Report on Duty.
2.If the area falls in Orange/ MEDIUM - 14 Days quarantine at
your home near to your workplace
3.If the area falls in GREEN/ LOW risk in Arogya Setu – Self
Declaration to be given to HR.
4.Please do not travel through “HOT SPOT” area.

Thermal screening, Distancing and Monitoring
Thermal Screening at Security Gates & Random Scanning in
Work Areas Employee should cover their mouth with mask or scarf.
Employees should use liquid wash & sanitize their hands
near the gate before entering the factory.
Shoes and Bags to be sanitize before entering.
During thermal screening, If the body temperature is
more than 37.5° C, the employee will not be allowed
inside the premises.
Biometric attendance to be discontinued.
Social distancing to be maintained while entering the
facility.
Transportation, Distancing and Monitoring
100% Adherence on Company Provided Transport for All
Employees Use company vehicle/approved private vehicles only.
Avoid public transport.
Follow sitting instruction.
Driver & Cleaner of vehicle will be examine before
entering in facility.
All vehicles to be disinfected before entering the facility.
Daily all vehicles to be sanitized before and after usage.
Material Transportation
Disinfection of Trucks & Materials during every incoming
Driver & Cleaner of Vehicle will be examine before
entering in facility. (Thermal scanning & Sanitization)
All vehicles to be disinfected before entering the facility.
After the material is unloaded, it will be disinfected.
The material will be placed in a dedicated quarantine
spot.
The material will be placed in quarantine for 24 hours.
In-case of loading of the material, vehicle to be sanitized
completely before loading.

Note: Above procedure across all categories (a, b and c) is to be followed for consecutive cases beyond the first case as well. For instance, if on 15th of the month
the first case (Case 1) is identified, it would be considered as Day 0 and 16th would be considered as Day 1. If a new case (Case 2) is identified on 16th, then 16th
would be considered as Day 0 for Case 2 and entire procedure would be repeated.
