Invoice Criteria:
1. Within 180 days
2. Name and address matching information in the Seller’s account
3. Name and address of distributor/manufacturer
4. Quantity is at least 10 units
5. You can omit pricing information
6. Amazon can verify this by contacting the vendor you gave.
Generating Labels:
Box Content Informaion:
1. Number of SKUs/Items in a box
2. Total Number of Boxes
3. The box should not be more than 25 inches from any side
4. The weight of the box should be at most 50 lbs unless the box contains a
single item with a weight of more than 50 lbs.
5. Boxes with a weight of more than 50 Lbs, then label, “team lift” on top and
sides of box
6. Boxes with jewelry and watches should not exceed 40 lbs
7. Boxes with more than 100 lbs weights should be labeled “Mechanical Lift”
on top and all sides.
Generating Labels using Amazon Carrier Partner: (After creating listing and
shipment)
1. Inventory→ Manage FBA shipments
2. Paste the FBA ID that you generated when you created the shipment
3. Work on Shipment
4. Verify the Shipment ID
5. Small Parcel Delivery→ UPS (Amazon Carrier Partner)
6. Everything in one box or multiple boxes
7. Add relevant information regarding box weights, dimensions, and units per
box.
8. Make sure the address, ship to and ship from is accurate.
9. It will show you the shipping charges, deducted when sales start coming
in.

11. Two types of Labels. Blank paper and thermal.

13. Print Labels verify details and send it to the supplier.
14. Don't apply on top where the opening is but on the side, because
Amazon has the authority to tear open and see the goods.
