Call to Order 1 The meeting was called to order at exactly 3:00
p.m. dated August 09, 2024.

Determination 2 The adviser certified and declared the quorum of

Presentation of 4 The adviser presented the subject teachers with

Presentation of 5 The adviser explained about the DepEd Order No.

may receive recognition in the class based on their
performance in meeting the standards of the
curriculum. So, if it happens that he/she has below
85 in ESM and below 83 in other subjects for a
particular grading period, he/she will not be
awarded the academic excellence award even
though he met 90 on that grading period only.
But for the final awarding which covers the four
quarters, the final grade is the basis. If the final
grade of ESM is below 85 and below 83 in all other
 subjects even if they met the grade requirement of
90, they are no longer included in the Awardees.
The Adviser clarify about the final grade of ESM
and other subjects and not per quarter and final
awardees. It means that it remains a possibility that
if students do not have awards during the quarterly
awarding, he/she will be able to enter the final.
