The corporate debtor is already ex-parte.
We heard the learned counsel Mr. Rohit Dubey for the corporate debtor.
The learned counsel for the corporate debtor seeks a permission to file reply.
Since, the corporate debtor is already ex-parte and he has to make an application
under Rule, 49 of the NCLT Rules with reply within three days by giving a copy to the
other side and other side may file a rejoinder within seven days thereafter.
