transferred to this Court on the point of jurisdiction. In this case NBW’s are
pending since long time, hence ordered to issue notices to sureties but on
verification of the record, surety bonds of surety particulars of accused are not
transmitted to this Court.

Hence, it is requested to direct the concerned to transmit the surety

particulars and surety papers of accused in Cr.No.326 of 2016 of P.S. Siddipet I-
