vendee and to his successors and assigns, the above-mentioned motor vehicle including the
accessories attached therein, free from all liens and encumbrances.
That I warrant my legal title and ownership of the motor vehicle which is the subject of
this Deed of Absolute Sale, and I am ready to defend the peaceful possession and ownership of
the herein vendee, from any person/s who might disturb his peaceful possession as the exclusive
owner of said motor vehicle.
