5.1 Partnership Agreement/Company Bylaws and Other Legal Requirements Documents

Partnership Agreement:

School Permissions:
We have received verbal approval from the administration of Dingras National High School to
sell our dragon fruit cakes on campus during school hours. We are in the process of acquiring a
formal written document for this permission.

Health Certificates:
All team members will complete a basic food safety and handling certification to ensure we meet
food safety standards.
5.2 Description of the Logo and Other Promotional Paraphernalia

Logo:
The logo for our business features a vibrant dragon fruit in the shape of a cake, with slices
showing the bright pink flesh and small black seeds. The business name, “CRAM,” is written in
a modern, playful font that appeals to students. The logo’s color scheme includes a mix of pink,
green, and white, symbolizing freshness and fun.

Promotional Materials:

 Flyers and Posters: Brightly colored posters will be placed in common areas around the
school. They will feature images of the cakes and information about special promotions.
 Social Media Campaign: We will create Instagram posts featuring student testimonials
and pictures of the dragon fruit cakes. This platform will also be used to announce
limited-time offers.

5.3 Market Observation and Assumed Market Preferences

Market Observation:

Instead of conducting a formal survey, we have observed that students at Dingras National High
School generally enjoy snack products during breaks and after school. Based on this, we believe
there is a strong demand for new and exciting snack options.

Assumed Market Preferences:

 Popularity of Sweets: Students are drawn to sweet and visually appealing snacks. The
vibrant color and unique taste of dragon fruit can be a key selling point.
 Price Range: From informal discussions with classmates, we estimate that most students
are willing to spend around PHP 100 to PHP 150 on snacks during breaks.
 Health Consciousness: Some students show interest in healthier snack alternatives. As
dragon fruit is known for its nutritional value, we believe it will appeal to this segment as
a healthier choice compared to typical sugary snacks.
