Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Transformative Projects: Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at revolutionizing IIFL’s
lending businesses, contributing to growth and operational e iciency.
Participate in Innovate Experiment: Be a part of business experiments and help implement innovative ideas
to improve customer traction and enhance our Assets Under Management (AUM).
Collaborative Development: Engage with product, technology, and analytics teams to develop workflows and
dashboards that align with business goals, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Process Ownership: Assist in designing and implementing processes that enhance operational e ectiveness
and support strategic objectives.
Customer Insights Analysis: Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving
satisfaction and engagement.
Customer Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of targeted strategies to attract
new customers to IIFL’s investment o erings.
