Flow Notes

If the client's personal information is incorrect on the credit report. Always send a Static - "Personal information letter" 5 days before your next
1
attack until all personal information is correct. Send this first class mail, black and white and single-sided.

If a client has a BK or Child Support showing. Send a Static (LCI, Innovis, LexisNexis, ARS) letter with only the BK and Child Support negatives
2
selected in the filter tab for round 1 only. Send this first class mail, black and white and double-sided.

If 35 days have passed since the last attack and your client didn't receive a response from the credit bureaus, send a Static "Failure To Respond"
3
letter to the credit bureaus 5 days before initiating your next attack. Send this certified mail, black and white and double-sided.

For items the credit bureaus claimed as "Verified" send a Static "Method of Verification" letter in response and continue your attack sequence
4
five days later. Send this letter first-class, black and white and double-sided.

To prevent debt collectors from harassing your client, set the debt collector up for a lawsuit, and to aid in the removal of debt collections, send a
Static "Cease and Desist & Refusal to pay" or "Debt Validation* Letter to all debt collectors. Send this certified mail, black and white and
double-sided. We recommend you proactively send one of these letters to all debt collectors listed on the credit report. Debt Validation is asking
5
for more details about the debt while communicating only via the mail. Cease and Desist & Refusal To Pay is best for stopping all forms of commu-
nication and setting a debt collector up for a lawsuit for FDCPA violations. You can also send either of these letters in response to your client
receiving something in the mail from the debt collector.

6 Do not challenge inquiries associated with an open account on the credit report. You risk the creditor prematurely closing that account.

7 When mailing, if the page count is under 7. Always send single-sided
