1. Billing Cycle date is the day the bill gets generated every month which is 21st of each month for your
account. However the
activation date will not be the same as the Billing Cycle date.
2. Your first bill includes a rental for the number of days used in the month (date of activation to billing
cycle date), plus one month's
advance rental as per your plan. In subsequent bills, you will be billed as per your plan rental plus any
other additional services opted
for.
3. Since you have paid in advance, you will continue enjoying uninterrupted services till your advance
period is over. However, your first
payable bill will be generated before the plan expiry, comprising of charges
from advance plan expiry date to the billing cycle date.
4. Your monthly rental as given in the tariff plan is inclusive of all fixed monthly charges. You will be
charged extra for any
packs/boosters/VAS services opted by you as per the prevailing tariff. Taxes (
GST, etc.) as applicable from time to time, will be
charged over & above the monthly charges.
5. Rounding rules & accuracy of measurement: Your usage will be rounded up to the next higher pulse for
voice and data usage. As
per TRAI's regulation, the tariff is charged depending on the duration which is recorded to be within + / -
1 second, traceable to an
appropriate time reference.
6. Your standard dynamic credit limit depends on your security deposit, average monthly usage, payment
track record and your tenure
with tenure with us. An interim payment within the bill cycle may be required, if your usage exceeds the
standard limit. However as an exception, based on payemt history and other factors RJIL at its sole
discretion may allow usage beyond your available standard
credit limit without changing the limit.
7. JioFiber Service Equipment (Router / Set Top Box/ CPE ) provided to you shall always
remain the property of the Company and its
Affiliates. You shall return the Jio Fiber Equipment in same condition, subject to normal wear and
tear, upon termination of Jio Fiber
services by us or surrender of Jio Fiber Services by you, failing which the Company and/ its
Affiliates shall have the right to recover
necessary charges from you towards loss / damages to Jio Fiber Service Equipment as applicable.
8. Advance rental once paid is not refundable on deactivation of the JioFiber connection.
