_Many people have been reporting to the police that they have been harassed by the un
licence money lenders,Ah Long. Statistics provided by the police shows that the Ah Long
cases have been increased in recent years.Many Ah Long runners were youths,they were
temptation by the money to do jobs for the loan sharks.__
b) List of Problems/Potential Community Safety and Security Concerns, in order of priority.
(1)More cases about youths Ah Long runners setting fire to the house.__________
(2)More cases about youths Ah Long runners harass the residents._________________
(3)More people are get hurt by the Ah Longs actions.

(2) Ask more policeman to patrol in neighbourhood.
(3) Invite police officers to have more talks to the youths about the bad points of Ah

Routine patrol and invite police officers to conduct talks in an educational programme to instil the
youths to keep away from the Loan sharks or what they shall do when loan sharks are harass
their family members . _____________________

blocks of residents about loanshark informations and where they can get help from when they get
