by promotion from among the Multi Tasking Staff -
Inter-se Seniority List - Reg.
Ref: This Department's I.D. Note/Memorandum of even number
dated 17.07.2024.
Reference is invited to the I. D. Note / Memorandum cited on the subject
mentioned above.
2. Based on the service particulars received in response to this Department's
I.D. Note / Memorandum cited, the inter-se seniority list in respect of
56 Multi Tasking Staff (General) who are eligible to be considered for promotion
to the post of Record Clerk / Keeper as on 01.01.2024 has been drawn as per
the annexure enclosed.
3. All the Heads of Departments / Offices are, therefore, requested to bring
this to the notice of all the Multi Tasking Staff (General) working in their
offices and in subordinate Offices /Institutions so as to ensure that no eligible
employee has been left out in the list. Requests for additions / corrections to be
made to the list may be sent to this department with the copies of proof / orders
on or before 28.10.2024.
4. Further, officials at SI.No.3, 7, 12 and 30 may be instructed to submit
fresh caste certificate obtained on or after 01.08.2023 immediately
