Five Hundred fifty rupees containing (4 mos)one hundred note and 15 mos
ten rupees note.
I, PSI Tausif Akbar of Patashpur PS, Dist. Purba Medinipur do hereby
lodged written compla.int to the effect that on 20.12.2022 at about 18: 15 hrs
while myself along with C/ 1429 Sudhangsu Malik, and C/ 1696 Ekadashi
Dhal all of Patashpur PS were engaged in special mobile duty vide
Patashpur PS GDE No. 981, dt. 20.12.2022, received a secret source .
information that unauthorised online lottery is going at the shop of one
Shyanlpada under Patashpur PS. Accordingly I informed the matter to O/C
Patashpur PS and as per his direction, I along ivith force proceeded towards
Kanakpur to work out the information. At about 18:45 hrs we reached at the
shop of Shyampada .On seeing Police, all customers along with the
operators of the computer fled away. Then I called the local villagers to
inform of the unknown persons but nobody came forwarded, no other
alternative way search was conducted with the help of Police and seized the
above noted articles from the PO with proper seizure list.
Description of the seized items:

Under the above I pray that a specific case may kindly be started
against the said Shyampada and others under sectio.n 294A IPC and 3/4 of .
