Who is Rowan Hart?

I am a Paranormal Romance author who loves to create gritty, sensual stories with a touch of
humor. My writing centers on supernatural conflicts that force romantic interests together,
leading them toward their happily ever after, often with a backdrop of intense action and
mystery. While I incorporate various supernatural elements, my primary male love interests are
vampires—part of a morally strong, organized crime-like clan. My settings are crucial to each
series, and my most popular series is set in a fictional city inspired by New Orleans, LA.

My male characters are dominant, powerful, and emotionally closed off, often haunted by
darker pasts. They’re accustomed to wielding power and wealth to get their way. While they may
appear brooding and distant, they are also fiercely devoted to their human female love interests,
who become the exception to their hardened exteriors.

My female characters are always human, and they’ve had to overcome adversity in their lives,
making them mentally strong and independent. They may have modern insecurities, and their
trust doesn’t come easily—but they are capable, brave, and willing to stand up for what they
believe in, even when faced with powerful forces.

I write for women in the USA, generally between the ages of 25 and 50—most likely mothers,
whether working or stay-at-home—who crave a few hours of immersive escapism in their busy
lives. I want my readers to feel deeply connected to my characters and worlds, immersing
themselves fully in the stories I create. While I’d love to expand my audience, I always keep the
Paranormal Romance reader in mind.

My connection to Paranormal Romance is both practical and personal. I love weaving

supernatural and fantasy elements with intense action scenes and powerful romances.

potential, making it the perfect fit for me. I also infuse my stories with my personal interests
through the activities and hobbies my characters enjoy.
