The undersigned along with Glenn Candel, Daisy Jane Aranda, Mikaela Espende, Rainzyl
Gepulango, and Ivan Klowie Garsula of Grade 12 STEM – COOPER respectfully seeks for
an approval from your good office to conduct our Capstone Project titled ‘COMPOST PIT
TUMBLER: WASTE MANAGEMENT ENHANCER AND ORGANIC FERTILIZER
PRODUCER’ which will begin on November 18, 2024 until all parts of which are
completed.
Stated hereunder are the main objectives of this project:
1. Develop a Compost Pit Tumbler (CPT) for utilizing organic waste
2. Determine the performance of CPT in terms of:

2.3 Moisture Level
2.4 pH Level
2.5 Nutrient Content
2.6 Decomposition
3. Compare the performance of CPT to traditional compost tumbler, in terms of:

4. Test the significant difference on the performance of CPT to traditional tumbler, in
terms of:

4.7 Cost Analysis
The findings and insights derived from this project will contribute to the Waste
Management Organizations and Agricultural industry. I and my team are confident that
