1.Anthony and Bwana stays at Garissa – Kenya in the eastern plateau where they carry out fishing
activities along river Tana and animal rearing on small scale. These people would wish to go commercial
in both activities but have tried all means possible such as growing artificial pastures for animals but the
yields are still low. A friend has informed them on how the two activities can be successfully carried out
in either the highland areas or the central and lake plateau region. The two plan to migrate but have
failed to make the best choice since they have little knowledge about the two relief regions. they sought
for your help as a geography student with adequate knowledge about relief regions of east Africa.

2. A village in eastern Uganda is blessed with numerous resources such as forests and rivers. The local

terms of color, texture, mineral composition, structure and jointedness which makes them still to differ
from hill tops to valleys but he has limited knowledge on how these rocks came into existence.
