results for Pile Dynamic Test (PDA) for two (2) locations at Pier 6 (P6-C1 and P6-D3) and
Crosshole-Sonic Logging Test (CSL) for eight (8) locations at Pier 6 (P6-A1, P6-A2, P6-A3,
P6-B1, P6-B3, P6-C2, P6-D1, and P6-D2) tested last September 13, 2022.
Please see attached summary report for further details on the results of the conducted Pile
Dynamic Test (PDA) and Crosshole-Sonic Logging Test (CSL).

Good day. We have requested materials for Guardhouse on Talomo Yard as a replacement
for the old and already damaged Guardhouse which was built last 2018. The roof were only
Nipa Hut, which stands 5 years already and needed to be replaced with GI Sheets.
We requested 10 sheets of GI Sheets Corrugated Gauge 26 and 1 sheet of Plain GI
Sheet Gauge 26 under MRF No. 27680.
It was relayed to us by the Office of the Vice President for Operations that all requested
materials under Admin Cost must be budgeted in detailed. We humbly ask for your
consideration to our request.
