quotations.

prepare Comparison of Quotations.
• Prepare Interim Payment Application as per the monthly total work executed, material on site &
variations etc.
• Evaluating subcontractors’ invoice and preparation of IPC for subcontractor.
• Prepare list of material on site documents and Collect WIR from QA/QC Engineer for IPA.
• Handling sub- contractor's payments at site.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender document.
• Review of Condition of contract, Drawings, Specifications, BOQ,Clarification, and other
documents.
• Assist to procurement team for the purchase order.
• Maintaining site daily progress report.
• Visit to the site for verifying Subcontractor work done.
• Supervision and coordination of the Site activities.
• Coordinating with the construction team for the records of site progress.
